Legally License Exempt Providers (LLEP)

As of October 2007, Workforce Development Services, Inc./Child Care Resource and Referral (WDS/CCRR) no longer certifies people to be legally license exempt providers (LLEP).  However, if you are interested in caring for five or less children in your home and being paid by the Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) voucher, please contact:
The Consultants Consortium (TCC) at (866) 921-6623 or (317) 638-7095. 

TCC is an organization out of Indianapolis, IN that is now in charge of the LLEP process.  Call one of the above numbers to request an information packet.  Fill out all required paperwork, provide all documentation and mail the packet back TCC to start your process. 

*If you are currently a legally licensed exempt provider and need to re-certify please contact TCC at the same numbers and request a re-certification packet.
