Fee Statement

All of the services provided by Workforce Development Services Inc. / Child Care Resource and  Referral are free of charge to the public.

Confidentiality Statement

The intention of Workforce Development Services Inc. / Child Care Resource and Referral is that all clients must be able to trust that we will not violate their right to privacy. Due to the nature of our business, we at times come across sensitive information. Because of this, we will always protect our client's rights to keep matters confidential. Therefore, the information contained in children's and family files will remain confidential and shall not be copied, released, or discussed without approval of the Program Director.

Disclaimer Statement

The information provided by Workforce Development Services Inc. / Child Care Resource and Referral is intended for referral purposes only. We do not warrant the information concerning any provider, nor do we license, endorse or recommend any information concerning any provider. As a family, you have the responsibility of evaluating and selecting providers and determining whether the quality of care is appropriate for your child(ren).

Provider Complaint Statement

We reserve the right to suspend and / or remove providers from our database who practice unlawful discrimination or who may not be providing a safe, healthy environment for children in their care. When we recieve complaints which indicate serious licensing violations, discrimination, child abuse or neglect we will urge persons with such complaints to report them directly to the appropriate authorities. Appropriate state personnel will investigate each complaint and act accordingly. Workforce Development Services Inc. / Child Care Resource and Referral does not have the authority to close child care providers for such violations.

WDS / CCRR Staff Complaint Statement

Persons wishing to file a complaint against a member of the staff at Workforce Development Services Inc. / Child Care Resource and Referral will be directed to the WDS / CCRR Program Director at (219) 882-0033 ext. 313. In the absence of the Program Director, persons wishing to file a complaint will be directed to the Education Coordinator at (219) 882 - 0033 ext. 319.
